I was just wondering if there are many foreigners in Croatia who, as peace of mind would want their property managed/looked after while they are not there for most of the time or need help in organising.
I am looking for a good excuse to live and work in Croatia and for a small fee would personally tend peoples property/check all is well/garden work etc, etc if enough people in one area would consider putting their trust in an Irish man (just finished studying and living in Austria at present).

This is a possible business area I want to explore among the expat community but first it would be nice to know whether people are interested in this idea.

...sounds an interesting idea. We have a place near to Pula for which we may consider this type of service.
Would you also look to manage the rental side of things too (changover cleaning between guests etc..)

Are you interested in having a partner for this? The idea is something I've been thinking of since buying an appartment in Rovinj. Let us know! Suppose you speak German?!

Yes to all!
My only problem is trying to organise a trip there to check the lay of the land!
And yes, I speak German, Spanish and understand a little Italian.
