Can anyone give me any useful contacts for agencies on the coast. I am looking for a property but i think on some of the websites they are charging to high! Am i wrong?
Which are the up-and-coming areas? All and any information is helpful. Thanks!

It is true that the prices have gone wild but to find something good and cheap you will have to spend some serious time here. I can offer an excellent object on the island of Pasman, opposite of Biograd. Several apartments still available. Have photos and the price is negotionable.

I would appreciate if anyone has information on the Omis area, particularly Stanici and Balica Rat areas. Does anybody have experience of renting in this area and what are the amenities around? I have not been to the old town but passing through Omis, some of it looked a tad rundown.
