SERIOUSLY planning to visit croatia in next 2 months. need advice on buying property. i seem to get the impression that u need a local contact. prices seem to be fictious on croatian property sites. looking at building up long term relationship with local contact for purchase of numerous propertys. Any help would be appreciated.
