I am buying an apartment at the Marino Marco .
Is there anyone out there also buying, or someone with some helpful coments?

This development (which I think is not entirely appropriate for its relatively undeveloped locality) has been commented on before in the past on this forum and a few others . At approx Euro 230K for a 2 bed apartment it seems quite steep but hey if you can afford it why not. However, remember that the location is approx a 40 min car drive to Korcula (ie starting from Blato-the nearest village to the development.) Go there first before you buy I say.
