I understand that Broker has at least 10 websites (different domains), actually someone said they have 22 !!!,. promoting the same properties.
And most of the properties advertised for sale are not available.
This is extremly worrying for potential buyers. I personally would not deal with this company.
BEWARE!

Its makes you no more an honest person for not being a guest, we have nothing to gain, except help others, not to waste their time, like us. We're not running a business, but just looking to buy a holiday home. Every one of the houses we emailed you about were sold, some years previously. We even sent a reletive to see you, but the time they got to you, the properties were also sold. People like you and Trgostan, just try to hook in experienced foreigners, so you and your friends can make a quick buck.
The majority of estate agents seem very dishonest, we saw many properties, some 50 pct more expensive than other agents had them on their books. Can someone explain this practice. Are the agents splitting the profits with the owners? As the buyer pays the comission, the whole system seems to be geared to ripping off the buyers. In England agents sell the properties at honest levels so they can turn over the properties quickly and efficiently.
