Hi everyone my name is Melanie and I am looking to buy a plot of land up to £13000. We would look to develop this over the next 5 years by building a house etc. We were looking to buy a property in Bulgaria but Croatia seems so much more appealing.
Can anyone give advice on this as I have seen some plots for sale on Solta (maslinica) Is this a good area
In particular cost of searches/legal fees, availability of electricity/water supply etc
I would be grateful for any advice
thanks
Melanie

Chuggler. Beware of people who agree with you. ANYWHERE in Croatia is good, if you can do a straight deal. For £13000 you could even buy a house. Beware of people who talk as if they were groomed by CNN producers, who are only out to satisfy their own needs. £13 grand for a plot, to build a house on. South Fork. Depending on who builds it. Some of the houses look like 'nothing on earth!'
