Who is Martin Westby...(Martin...I mean!!!) There are more properties for sale in Croatia than you can hang a concrete mixer on. What a load of old rubbish. Dip you bread, outside buyers. Take no notice of the people out to EARN from you. D.I.Y. Do it yourself. It wont be easy, but.....There are shortages, or will be. Eventually, but not now. Everything I fancied seven months ago is STILL EMPTY!! Depends what you want of course. I have NO website to refer you to. Absolutely! Croaia is a free for all! You're welcome...a bit. And remember, the season is OVER, except for the hungry.

Yes but you are in the area which is not near airport and not so attractive to tourists.
Remember three things are the most important when choosing a property: location, location and location!
The property I fancied in Brac is gone 120 EURO up once I showed interest.
