Hi,
Does anyone have some realistic rental return figures for various property types?
I am looking for a holiday property investment, so I would be interested in rental yeilds for an apartment near the sea e.g. Novigrad or perhaps a 2 / 3 bed villa 5km inland with pool. My main area of interest is Istria.
