Would dual citizenship help?

I have dual citizenship, Croatian (as I am born and grown there) and British (as I live here in UK).

A British friend of mine wold like to start investing in Cro property etc and he thinks if we should form some kind of partnership the fact that I have Croatian citizenship could help.

Would you agree, and in what way?

Yes, but also a great hepl is that you speak fluent Croatian and have a good knowledge of the property situation in Croatia.
