Hi,
I am a small Irish property developer based in Split and I have bought a building plot on Brac. I need to find two more building plots around 1000 SQm each. I am in contact with most of the agents that have websites but I cannot find anything decent.
I am looking for what everyone is looking for and that is Good unrestricted sea views, walking distance from the sea and town and the plot has to be residential (Building land) in Brac or Ciovo. Anything that matches the above and has a location permit/detail plan or even building permission would be a bonus.
I am also interested in hearing of some good agents in Brac or Ciovo. I'm sure I've missed a few, the place seems to have many.
