Hi everyone! Happy New Year! Does anyone have any idea what realistic income can be made from rentals of appartments in either Brac or Ciovo after all costs - and also what those costs are and how do they break down (utilities, management, advertising, local taxes etc...!) I would be very grateful for any help as I am just about to buy one!
