Property Management Companies

Having recently purchased a property in the Trogir area, can anyone recommend a property management company who can:

1. Clean the property and provide bedlinen and food hampers for new rental guests arriving
2. Air the property at regular intervals
3. Provide gardening and other maintenance services
4. Organise any services or repairs to the property

I have searched the internet but have been unable to find a company who can provide these services.

Any advice is appreciated.

Talk with your Neighbours or maybe the Builder/Agent you bought from as I'm sure "They know somebody who fits the Bill".If you are worried about not speaking the Language just write here what you want to ask as l'm sure the Croatians who read your message will translate for you.Then write it down and bring with you

I have set up a property service company in Croatia and we service both Brac and Trogir/Ciovo at the moment, and shortly Zadar and Makarska . We also have good links with Irish Hungarian Austrian and Italian tour operators. I bought a number of properties myself and after many frustrations like yourself, I could find no one that was offering a full service from letting bill paying and year round checks, hence the company was formed. Since then we have found ourselves inundated with mainly Irish owners as we are based in Dublin it was more convenient for owners to contact us. We are based in Ireland and Split and also offer bronze silver and Gold furnishing packages from 3000 euro incl fees
