Permit time scale

Hi,

Looking to Build on a Plot of Land and would like to know what the time span on a Permit being issued for the right to build on the land is,also what is the cost?

Anybody know an Architect on Brac that could be contacted please forward details.

Hi Shamrock,

This is a difficult one to answer with out knowing more details. What permit are you refering to? Location or construction? Does the land lie with in a Urbanisation zone and if so what classification? Has this been checked? What area of Brac as not all areas have the approved Urbanisation plans. Cost depends on a number of factors. What are you looking to develop, how large?

Dependant on the above it could take as little as 30 days, it could take upto 18 months.
