Off Plan Sea Front Development Lopud

Hi,

Me and some friends have spent the last year looking for good development projects and have just sold off plans one we did in Ireland.

It has worked well enough (assuming planning permission is given final approval in 2 weeks time but all systems look good and we have been made an offer realising a good return). So I we are open to possabilities always.

Thing is, it has been easier to sell a ready to go project onto developers and let them take the big risk of building.

We started the ball rolling for one in Crotia and are waiting planning permission - these apartments we hope to keep when their finished.

You would appear to be ahead of us and probably I would be of little value but if you had some advice to pass on - or see a way we could be involved I would like to hear back -

Are you looking for a partner to help build all the apartments? or do you want to sell some now at knock down cheaper prices to help ease the financial burden and release some further cash flow?

Would like to know what you idea is for a partner?

I think I looked at this site nearly 2 years ago? Are you an agent, do you personally own the site or are considering buying it with out side financial input to take the project further?

What level of investment are you looking for to take the project forwrad?
