Looking for an apartment to rent !!!

Hi,

I am looking for a very small apartment to rent for 1 year preferably in Zagreb. It doesnt have to be in the centre and can be in a nearby suburbs. I will only be using it a couple of times in a year at the maximum. Please let me know if you have anything It could also be a room in a house too if this is possible.

I know a couple that are renting out an apartment that is 40 square metres on Petrova street.

It is 2km from the main square, the outside of the building is damaged, but the inside is fine, it has one bedroom is fully furnished and has a/c.

I don't know how much they are charging but I can ask, how much are you looking to pay?

I would guess that there apartment is somewhere in the €400 a month area.
