Opicina Charge

I have recently applied for building permission, and was told I needed a paper from the local Opicina, who consequently informed me , based on the cubic meterage of the property I have to pay 6000 kuna, I dont have any problem paying this, but if any body can enlighten me to what this charge is for , it would be appreciated.

a 6.000 kuna is nothing compared to others. you should be happy that you may even get a building permit without any other problems.
