I am a property developer in Croatia, have more then 20 years expiriance in developing property here, so if you have any questions regarding, purchase of land, project development or building, post them here or write to me directly on my email. Just to be clear I am not doing this for any kind of publicity but in a short time a have been on this forum I read to many malicous replay’s (mostly by Croatians, but that is one of our dissease to s...t where we eat  ), so drop a question, I will be glad to help, and if we make any money together good and if not, I am glad to be of help. |

Love it or hate it, did I offer any realestate or land or property, did I say any thing about my development projects, if I would be so desperate to advertise only on this board or to waste my time with people that just wait to bring someone down (another Croatian diseasse (geni jalci). I wouldn't be in this bussines.
My property is on sale for anyone who is interested but help offer is here because I spend some time on interenet and I could probably help someone with advice.
Yes I am also an realestate agent but I work only on demand searching custom properties, and mainly do bussines with russians.
I did not hide my e-mail or the fact that I am Croat, unlike some other p.

Some people you just cannot help. Those that incredibly need it, don't get it. Those that probably need it, don't know they need it. Especially in this new world where everyone is, or seeks the illusive, fleeting butterfly of 'happiness'. So, what you do is give up, sit back, and watch the lemmings go over the cliff. It's great man.
