Please Help: Need to sell property

Hello all

Can someone please inform me of a large real estate agent for selling property on the island of Krk Croatia?

Preferrably an international realtor which is also located in Switz and London.

I need to put our house on the market quickly and wanted to find a reputable agency to go through

If you need to sell that quickly, you'd be as well to go multi-agency!

As I do not live in Croatia, I prefer to go with a Group that is located "world-wide".

I mean try and sell the property through several agencies for maximum coverage. Give them a fixed price to sell for, including the selling fee.. so the property isn't marketed for different prices, whoever sells the property earns the commission. You can also do it yourself for free on www.homesonsale.co.uk or even better is www.realestatecroatia.com (this is a VERY busy site) and free to owners selling their own property.

Sorry, I can't recommend any agents in that area as we don't cover that area, I think you'll have to search the internet or maybe wait for other replies. Best of luck!

Marks advise is th e best but you can also try Henlys and fbd savills
