Dear Sirs,
I have read many times bad comments about my company but I did not want to comment that until now. I have to present myself first and that is what few very people here do.
I am Ivica Vulic, manager of the „Broker“ agency,
I want to inform you about the fact that we have carried out the first purchase of a foreign citizen and registered him as a private person-owner in the Land Registry Books in 1995.
I guarantee that some things about property purchase, when foreign buyers are concerned, are known only to us, maybe 2-3 other people know them and use them. These things save 1,5% of the sales price to the buyers.
Some of our clients who bought a property through us and visit
this Forum will recognize that.
Negative comments are left by people with nicknames, them remaining anonimous, they are predominantly working for othe real estate agencies, both Croatian and foreign in order to win clients.
I will reply to any complaint if it is based on facts and signed by the author-his first and last name.
Many bad and negative things are here written about Croats and very few or not any at all about the real estate agencies owned by foreigners. I can give you actual first names and last names of people who now work for some other real estate agencies and who doublecrossed us and we sued some of them.
As far as the amount of our commission fee is concerned, toeveryone who considered it too big, we said that we were ready work for the commission which is usual in their country.
As far as the difference in price is concerned, we never agreed upon it since always the final negotiations are carried out between a buyer and a seller. This is one more stupid thing that was pointed out by different agents who left only their nicknames. i think that I have replied to enough questions. If you want to comment on anything else, you can do it, but leave your full name.
