Building with croatian project managers?

Don't know if that has already been discussed.
I am interested in knowing more about the building process in Croatia, while living abroad.
So has anyone experience with engaging a project manager (nazorni organ) in Croatia? Or architects? What are their rates?
I need some support on an refurbishment/extension on Trogir/Ciovo and it's actually impossible to manage things from outside...

Shortcut, there are a firm of architects in Sibenik I dealt with before who were very good and honest. They're in the phonebook and very decent.
