I am working on a new series of the popular Channel 4 show in the UK, Selling Houses Abroad. Each week our presenter, Andrew Winter, visits stressed homeowners whose properties have been stuck on the market for months. Unable to work out why no one wants to buy their home, Andrew brings agent and homeowner together to thrash out the problems that may be preventing a successful sale by organising a property makeover!
In under a week, with the makeover complete, potential buyers are provided to look at the property. After the viewings Andrew gets them to agree on a new strategy to bring them closer to the sale the homeowner so desperately needs.
We are currently looking for British people who are finding it difficult to sell their properties in Croatia or Montenegro, whether they have been bought as a holiday home or for permanent living. If you know anybody whose home has been on the market for over 6 months who would like some expert advice on how to sell their home, please contact us!
