I have empty lot in developed area in Medulin. I'm looking for someone to join me and inject some cash .
We can have 6 apartments build there. Two for me and four for partner. Selling price is 1500 euros and up per sq. meter.
To build is 600 euros per sq meter.
Best of all, I do all work,just need someone with money !

Why don't you simply go to the bank and get yourself a loan ?
If you already own the land, have the building permission and intend to sell the apartments it is no problem to get a loan which is repayable after 2 years (after the project is finished).
You may want to think about this.
