Brac - meeting with non-Croatian property owners

I am Croatian who works on cultural tourism on the island of Brac.
I am interested to get to know non-Croatian owners of the houses/land on the island of Brac. I was studing abroad, have already "old" friends from UK who bought houses on the island; and I speak English and French.

I have recently purchased a house in Putinak Selca first row to the sea on the Island of Brac.I would be very interested to hear from any other English speaking people who are on the Island to share information and would apreciate any advice you can give . I am currently trying to find a reliable builder to do renovations do you know of any.?
