Land near Zagreb (Bukovje Bistransko)

I am helping a freind get a market appraisal of a series of rural blocks he has near the Village of Bukovje Bistransko with the local Opcina being Donja Bistra. He is looking to sell some or all of the plots depending on the market appraisal. Does anyone know a decent agent in the area that could do a market appraisal?
The zoning of the land is Oranica, Sume and Vinograd.
