Yes there is, but you have to look at the interior of Croatia (northern Croatia) Podravina and Slavonia regions.
Recently someone I know sold a neglected vineyard (beautiful views) with a small weekend house (no electricity or water, but you could get connected for some extra money)) for only 5,000 Euros.
