d.o.o is one way of doing it - changing share owner name is easier than changing the name on the title.

d.o.o is one way of doing it - changing share owner name is easier than changing the name on the title. true... but also much more expensive. Timeshare was impossible until a few years ago when someone spent a small fortune to get the legislation written. As Far as I know a few people have tried it, but only one person has actually got it working (the man who spent the small fortune). My advice would be buyer beware.

Since about 1975. , I have , from time to time , owned , exchanged or rented timeshare accommodation , as found listed with RCI ; the first one ever were some brick'n'straw huts in Natal South Coast , the most recent one in Mijas , Andalucia , early summer last year ; on every one of those ( many ) occassions ) I can hardly remember a complaint - in fact , usually , it really was well worth it ! So , IF you can buy , share , exchange , rent out your timeshare with a quality set-up of a longer reputation ( e.g. Resort Condominiums Int'l ) , I'd recommend it ; on the opposite side of the coin , many horror stories have been reported , in many a country , so I concur : Caveat Emptor !
