You'll get more replies to your Oglasnik ad if you list the price. As long as it's a reasonable price of course.

What is considered reasonable for such a place? I'd list 55k, i've seen some similar apts. in that area go for more.

Then you need to put 55k on your ad. No price = no interest for most people.

Fully agree, I have never understood the concept of not listing prices. It is the single most important thing in an advertisement, but it seems to be the biggest secret in Croatia.
As for deciding on the price. Don't just look at other apartments. Find similar apartments in a similar state, with similar amenities etc. It must be obvious that an apartment in a perfect state does not have the same price as something where you basically need to rebuild the place. So, comparing square meters is not really doing the trick here.
