Dear all,
It occurred to me that this forum might be just the place for this query.
My family owns an apartment which I think they should sell, but they're holding on to it for sentimental value. Long story. The apartment is about 100 m2 with a garden of about 160 m2. 2 floors, 2 kitchens, huge fireplace outside, 2 bathrooms, pretty much one of the best apartments in Split, in my humble opinion. It's located in the Radosevac area of Split (between Trstenik and Znjan - right next to the Radisson Blu Hotel, aka Hotel Split). It comes with a garage as well as a parking space in front of it.
Obviously if there's any prospective buyers among the forum users, send me a PM any time. But that sounds a bit too optimistic, and I was hoping more for opinions, advice etc. The apartment as it stands is a pretty big expense for the family. They were actually hoping I was going to live in it, but this great white elephant is the last thing I need.
