no American can ever imagine in his wildest dreams what goes on in this country and the fact you have zero protection and likely those stealing from you have no assets to seize or a real court to sue them in.........

Yet the same peole that call the american stupid will expect to ask for top dollar for a piece of real estate in an environment where this is possible...

The actions of these crooks spoils the integrity of the market for all..I hope, but doubt the authorities will be able to comprehend the bigger picture here..
