Hi.
I own one of 6 apartments in a house just outside Porec. Last year we realised that the property was not termed 'legal' as a couple of the balconies were slightly larger than on the original plans. So the developer got his architect to submit a form to Grad Porec called 'Zahtjev za izdananje rjesenja o izvedenom stanu' in time before the cut off date on 1st July, I think? I have a copy of the form with the date stamp from the office when it was handed in.
Now, my question is, as I do not have an 'Uporabna Dosvola' only the form described above, can I apply for a tourist licence, being as the legalisation document has been submitted? I have all the other items I require to apply for the licence with the exception of this one item.
If anyone has any advice I'd be grateful?

Legally you have to wait for the Rješenje from the Building department and submit it. Also are you aware that you have 60 days within which to hand in your new architectural plans .... this was on the news a week or so ago ... as a lot of people just submitted the form without the backup documentation so the minister made a statement that people have 60 days to submit the full package, and if they do not their request will be thrown out. She said that people will be told when the 60 days deadline starts .... I have already informed my clients to get going because its better to get going before there is a rush on the architects.

Hi Amatesic,
That's interesting regards the 60 days. I'll follow this up with the developer and architect. Thanks.
