Okay ... now I read your post, and of course you missunderstood me (us communists and you royalists have obvious comunication trouble) ... So, I am not saying they should work for low bucks and that they owe anything to goverment or anybody. They should be payed very good.
But, they function like sort of "mob" inside of their own union (inagine me the comunist speaking about union) ... They keep status true sort of "omerta", in which they protect each other, and blackmail their own patients each time they "want something". And at same time 70 percent of them work in both private practice and public hospitals. You can find them 45 minutes at work, and if there is anything "expensive" they will send patient in "private service" (which they or they colege owns) and take cash for service. And at same time hospital has it for free ...
Same they do to young doctors, because they are completly inside politics (minister is - their man), preventing them to work outside country, and only option they give them is to - work for them in their private practice for peanuts to get spetialisation on clinic and then run outside.
So, this are "doctors", real one, those who kill patients, and then thier minister is hiding investigation informations for them ...
How good they are speaks fact that this same minister went on operation in Austria ... And he is still their minister and they dont complain.
This are croatian "doctors" and bunch of them sits in parlament and in goverment.
So, I have no idea what are you talking about. But since I am one happy communist .... I don't care.
Enjoy

Congratulations on your job, it is however a shame that you are now just one more person who is part of the huge brain drain exodus from Croatia. Belguim is a nice country, a little boring and I hope you speak good French, they are language facists like the Hungars.
I wish that people like you could have the same opportunity in Croatia.

...us communists and you royalists have obvious comunication trouble... Apparantly the majority of Serbians prefer (and trust more) the (ousted) Royal family rathar than the Government. I read recently the Royals could one day return there, although would only be a "symbolic" position. (for tourists etc...) ...much like the British Royal family. The Russians were considering a similar thing.

Huh emiz ... we never understand each other ... hehehe ... It seams like my mistake this time. I was hiring some special equipment for one job (75 000 EUR per week) ... It's not important, just I am still here ... extremly busy over ... huh

EU says 'no’ to Bosnia membership talks ISN SECURITY WATCH (20/05/05) The EU on Thursday said it would not suggest starting accession negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina because of the country’s failure to implement police and media reforms. www.isn.ethz.ch/news/sw/details.cfm?id=11329Looks like Bosnia's out then...

Interesting link carthan81, It would appear that the Dayton Accord is starting to unravel because it does not form a sound basis to build cohesive, joint structures with.
What just be understood is that all three ethnic groups are paranoid of each other, regardless of the Muslim-Croat federation i feel that the Croatians would rather have their own status in Bosnia.
A new solution will soon be needed, sactioning Republika Srpska will alienate them even more.
As expected Dayton Accord is becoming nothing more than the US forcing the three parties into an agreement that has no long term future. I watched an interview not long ago where Bill Clinton openly admitted that he had not expected to reach an agreement at Dayton, it was only Holbrooke's bullying that brought a temporary conclusion.
Such a shame but a real solution must be found for this country. Lets try and keep the US out next time.

If Bosnia or Serbia is allowed to join the Eu, the whole eu will become a farce and the cooperation will fall down within years.

yes, no point having a rich club and letting in beggers, which is what the French people realise. They'll be an inner european core, a secondary level and those not in it
